BetterWorld Together Foundation Scholarship is awarded to graduating high school seniors who demonstrate outstanding achievement as well as a desire to further their education.

To apply, the following criteria must be met:

• Applicant must be a student in good standing within the following districts: Temecula, Murrieta, Lake Elsinore, Perris, Menifee, Hemet, San Jacinto, and Fallbrook.

• Applicant must demonstrate an unweighted GPA of 3.5 or better on a 4.0 scale / Verified with copy of applicants sealed high school transcripts and/or Registrars signature.

• Applicants parents or legal guardians must prepare a statement of no more than 200 words summarizing the familys financial obligations and resources. Statement should include the occupation of both parents and/or legal guardians. The statement must be dated and signed.

• Applicant must prepare and submit an essay of no more than 350 words stating: "How you will use your education to make a difference in the world," as well as complete the attached Personal Biography. Both the essay and biography must be dated and signed.

BetterWorld Together Foundation will award scholarships to high school graduates in the amount of $1,000 payable to, and upon proof of, enrollment in an accredited American college or university. Scholarship funds are to be used for tuition expenses only.

All applications must be received in the BetterWorld Together Foundation headquarters prior to March 31st.
