For the last 30 years, Paul Thompson has held senior leadership roles with major philanthropic and non-profit organizations including World Vision, The Callaway Golf Company Foundation, The San Diego Foundation, and Project Concern International.

Paul is now guiding BetterWorld's strategic growth to position it as one of California's largest philanthropic institutions. Paul's areas of expertise include organizational development and managing domestic and global initiatives that result in measurable social profit.

Paul currently serves as Chair of the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce, and in previous years, served as Chair of the Ethical Standards Committee for InterAction, the U.S. trade association for international humanitarian organizations. Paul's lifelong commitment to making a difference in the world has taken him to more than 110 countries.
